Take a fun and delicious hands-on macaron baking class at ICE (The Institute of Culinary Education)   Kathryn offers various formats, each with different "filling menus!"  In each class, you will learn the theory and secrets of baking French macarons.  After practicing piping your own batter, you will make a delicious filling.  All participants share a variety of colorful, tasty macarons to take home!

February 1, 2013 The Silo Cooking School, New Milford CT   Kathryn and Jessie will teach a hands-on macaron baking class with Valentine's Day theme.  Join us!  Contact The Silo to enroll at (860) 355-0300.  

February 9, 2013  Berkeley Hotel, Asbury Park, NJ.  Kathryn will demonstrate macarons and host a book signing.  We will pair macarons with a variety of hot chocolates -- come enjoy!  Email Kathryn directly to enroll.
